Unfortunately, after winning the Wings Around the Globe race in Planes (2013), the racing days are over for the little crop-duster and former air-race champion, Dusty Crophopper. However, a clumsy accident will pave the way for a brand-new career opportunity as Dusty becomes the newest firefighter cadet of the historic Piston Peak National Park. There, the seasoned commander, Blade Ranger, and his elite squad of aerial firefighters will put to the test the daring recruit’s courage and perseverance to finally allow him to patrol the sensitive area.
